I'm now on my third career phase. After working 15 years with IGA, I moved to Maritime Energy where I worked up the ladder for 15 years.
In 2005 Doreen and I purchased Floor Magic, a well-established flooring and tile retailer in Damariscotta. In 2007 I opened a showroom annex on Route 90 in Rockport (the old Campbells Shoe Repair). I enjoy owning my own business.
I'm still involved in local politics. Most of you know that I was a Selectman in Rockport. From there I was a Knox County Commissioner for a term. I'm now back as Chair of the Rockport Selectboard.
My future goals include growing my flooring and tile business and owning a waterfront cottage on Newfound Lake in NH...where I spent many childhood summers.
